This is what GreenCity does today. Nothing on this page is a paid package, and every entry carries the limit it currently has.

Sell recyclables
Submit a request with a photo and an estimated weight, get a quote inside the published price band, then accept or decline it on the same page.
Limit: GreenCity quotes within a published price band and publishes the listing. Pickup timing is arranged between the two parties; the system does not schedule collection.

Digital Scrap Marketplace
Scrap lots an administrator has priced and published. Only one buyer can reserve each lot.
Limit: Reserving requires an active Buyer Pass. payOS checkout has never been exercised against a real merchant account, so we cannot claim payment works.

Community Dumping Map
Submit a photo and a map pin for an illegal dumping site. An administrator checks and verifies it before the report counts.
Limit: Reports are verified by an administrator and earn 50 points. Cleanup is carried out by local sanitation services; GreenCity does not coordinate that.

Green Action Points
Every completed sale and every verified report adds points to an append-only ledger, each traceable to the action that earned it.
Limit: The points ledger is real and awards automatically. The redemption coupons are contest prototypes: DEMO-ONLY codes are not valid anywhere and deduct no points.
